The therapy space is yours. A safe space where we sit one on one and chat about the parts of you that are bit scary to face alone. Bring your values, your needs & your challenges to the session & know you won’t be faced with judgement. It is not my role to tell you what’s wrong with you. It’s my role to to walk with you on your journey, sharing helpful tools, offering guidance, support and helping you strengthen your understanding of yourself. In the room I will support you in holding space for you emotions, so we can better understand them and how they effect your choices, & how your choices effect your life. Take control of your experiences , know your power & step into your own light. Not more self sabotage. It’s time to face yourself with compassion, and grow into the person you want to be.

Your therapy session is subisidsed by certain Private Health Funds
~ AHM, Medibank, HCF, BUPA & ARHG ~
How it works ~ If you're a member with any of these Health funds let me know. I will send your invoice post session & tell you my provider number so you can claim your session.
* Please note, you will need to pay in full then claim through your health fund.

I am a registered Victims Services Counsellor! This means you can access Victims Services Counselling through Powerfully Human.

What is Victims Services? A government funded program that pays for you to access 22 counselling sessions with a registered Victims Services counsellor if you have been a victims of a crime in NSW.

Sliding fee available for mob and those experiencing financial hardship - limited spots available
Age - 18+
Telehealth - Available for ongoing clients.
Cancellation fee applies - full fee payable for no shows and cancellations without 24 hrs notice, unless you rebook. This is to ensure we can give your spot to someone waiting for an appointment.

Harness your emotions is a workshop where we learn how to welcome, expand & activate as we experience the rainbow of human emotion. Our emotions are turbulent at times & come with a purpose. Each emotion feels different & each emotion is powerful. To harness our emotions is to accept them without judgement & make choice that drive us towards our values, goals and wellbeing. How does that look for you, let’s figure that out together! Your emotions are powerful, & they are yours. You deserve space to feel without fear.

I can run the workshop at your event, for the particular group of people or cohort you have in mind. For example I can run Harness Your Emotions for your students, colleagues, employees, attendees or friends.

Your body is your vessel carrying you through this life. It is a communicator, an experienced & a conduit! Harness your Body is a space where we connect to our bodies, listen & respond. Your body is guiding you towards your centre. It is experiencing your life with you, it is you and you deserve to release. In Harness your body we take a moment to breathe deep before moving emotions through our bodies. No more avoidance, it’s time to shake, jump, lay, flop, wiggle & throw tantrums in a contained space. Then take your body back into the world. Your body hold your emotions, your creativity & your desire. Your body holds power & it’s time to Harness it!
